Anthony Menna President MDM Headshot

Anthony Menna is a true American success story and a staple to the economy in the Tampa Bay Area. Growing up, he worked in the family business: a nine-room hotel in Clearwater, Florida, responsible for maintenance work on the hotel premises as well as work in housekeeping.

As the business grew to include multiple hotels, Mr. Menna gained valuable knowledge in the acquisition, development, construction, renovation, and day-to-day operations of hotel properties, which has become the solid foundation of how he develops and manages all his properties.

Today, as founder and president of Menna Development & Management, Inc. (MDM), Mr. Menna has been directly involved in the acquisition, financing, design and turnkey development of more than 30 hotel properties in the Tampa Bay area. Mr. Menna developed and operated the first hotel and suites version of the Holiday Inn full-service hotel in the country. He has also developed and turn-keyed six full-service hotels in the Tampa Bay area.
