Belle Aqua Villas’ lasting design includes such amenities as an individual pool and spa, granite countertops, top of the line appliances, spacious rooms, boat slips and private balconies, where owners can enjoy the spectacular view for life. Palazzo Clearwater is under development. Situated on Bay Esplanade, its balconies and rooftop terraces will feature stunning views of Clearwater Beach and Clearwater Bay. With a consistent and practical approach to development, MDM has enjoyed steady growth through acquisitions and turnkey hotel operations. About Anthony Menna
Growing up, he worked in the family business—a nine-room hotel in Clearwater Florida—in maintenance and in housekeeping. As the business grew to include multiple hotels, Menna gained valuable knowledge in the acquisition, renovation and day-to-day operations of properties.
Today, as Founder and President of MDM, he has been directly involved in the acquisition, financing, design and turnkey development of more than 30 properties in the Tampa Bay area. He is currently the principal partner/owner in multiple lodging facilities.
With a hands-on management approach, Anthony Menna is responsible for matters ranging from demographic and feasibility studies, construction to overseeing personnel hiring, training and marketing a new property.
A student of the University of Florida, Anthony Menna is also a certified Real Estate Appraiser and Broker, Certified Mortgage Broker and a Florida Board of Real Estate certified instructor. He is a certified General Contractor in the state of Florida.

Serving discriminating corporate travelers, the hotel is located near corporate offices of Raymond James Financial, Allstate Insurance, Franklin Templeton and Home Shopping Network. The hotel has an upscale restaurant/lounge, Roosevelt’s, and over 30,000 square feet of meeting space which accommodates large conferences. It consistently ranks within the top 15% for Guest Service Scores among all full service Marriott hotels in the world and recently held the distinguished number 1 position.
The Courtyard Village of Oldsmar/Tampa in Northern Pinellas County features a 100-room Courtyard by Marriott, a 78-room Residence Inn by Marriott, a Synovus Bank, and an Applebee's restaurant.
